The Kitchen is separated from the Main Hall by a door and two grilled hatches which can be open or closed.
It is large and well equipped with plenty of worktop space around a central island and a number of sinks.
It is equipped with a range cooker, a 3 minute dishwasher, 2 fridges, a large mobile Bain-Marie for keeping food and plates hot and a plumbed water boiler for teas and coffee.
There are assorted plates, bowls, mugs/cups and cutlery for up to about 90-100 people. Kitchen utensils are available as well as kettles, teapots, jugs,vases etc.
